Qi Men Dun Jia arranges a single hour into a nine-palace board of stars, stems, gates and spirits. Long used for military and statecraft decisions, it answers a question by naming the favourable direction and the workable moment rather than a fixed outcome.
The earth plate is set by the ju, the sky plate turns as the Duty Chief follows the hour stem, the human plate holds the eight gates and the spirit plate the eight spirits. A palace is judged from all four together, and the gate carries the most weight.
Where the use-god lands is where the matter is read; the palaces whose gate, star and spirit are all auspicious mark the direction to move in, and the travel horse shows whether the matter is already moving.
Our masters can sit with your board and your question for a full personal consultation, covering direction, timing, avoidance and next steps.
