Why is 2027 considered a 'clashing' year for those born in 2021?

Because the 2027 earthly branch Wei directly opposes the 2021 earthly branch Chou — a configuration termed 'chong tai sui' (clashing the Grand Duke) in Chinese calendrical tradition.

What does 'Bi Shang Tu' (Wall-on-the-Wall Earth) signify for the 2021 Ox cohort?

It is the纳音 (elemental sound) assigned to the Xin Chou year pillar, symbolizing protective, structured, and consolidating Earth energy — traditionally associated with endurance and gradual manifestation.

How does the 2027 'Tian He Shui' (Heavenly River Water) interact with the 2021 'Bi Shang Tu'?

In the five-element cycle, Water nourishes Earth — thus Tian He Shui is said to generatively support the foundational stability and receptive growth of Bi Shang Tu. ---
